    lol
if only they employed people who had been to one !!

  • Question for the Baggies if they can snap out of their mid-season depression. We've been linked with a possible loan move for George Thorne. Is he any good? If so, why hasn't he broke into your first team yet?

He's looked good in the three games i've seen him play in. Very composed on the ball and seems to find space well.

He nearly broke into the first team mid season last year because Mulumbu was in Africa for the Cup of Nations. He put in an awesome performance against United but he ruptured his ACL shortly after that and that was him done for the season.

I would like to see more of him and Craig Dawson in the first team but they both seem destined to be sold...

  • Dnipro don't really need to sell and he has more experience.

I think the fees will probably be about the same

Not sure saalah will get many games at Chelsea

Contract is running down a bit.. was quoted 20+ in the summer but the owner has all the money and wont care

Also from last night.. nice BFS

  • ^^ Cheers mate. He has played most of his football at Championship level, but I'd hope Schteve has an eye on getting in players that would make the step-up if we go up this season. Sounds like he is the right kind of player for us.

  • The Bedwetting league is hotting up already and we're only in Jan.

    1. Spurs
    2. Everton
    3. Chelsea
    4. Arsenal

    Could be a tight race

lols. gotta love BFSs reaction to JMs criticism.

Get the sycophantic press laughing at Mous non-joke too. What a bunch of brown noses.

  • mourihno is whiney isn't he

  • He doesn't stop

  • he's basically slagging off his own style of football

and if hazard wants fifa world player of the year next year he might want to learn how to break down a journeyman defense such as that put up by west ham last night

  • Maybe he should go and play for a manager with a bit more attacking intent also.

  • mourihno is whiney isn't he

He's almost as bad as this forum.

  • He's almost as bad as this forum.

But perhaps not as bad as this thread?

  • nope. As far as I know he has never visibly wet himself in public so not even close.

  • I'd love to moan more about the loss, disallowed goal, dodgy penalty decision, but I can't really, City could/should have been 2 or 3 up by that point.
We allowed them to much space in the center of the park, our creative men saw too little of the ball, even before we were down to ten men. And Chiriches though good on the ball, heaped pressure on himself and the rest of the defence with his constant, beat one man, bring the ball out of the back, hold onto ball, hold onto ball, get closed down, lose the ball as the opposition harry him, fall over and look for the referee to award him a foul.

Wonder if Rose's straight red will be rescinded as he's gone for three games? in light of the fact he got the fucking ball...

Adebayor was a handful all night, bentaleb looked out of his depth, Capoue came on wanting to make an impression and left one on a city player, and was lucky not to get his marching orders as well.. Siggurdson off the pace, and walker in his attempts to get upfield left the rest of the defence exposed when he coudn't/wouldn't track back..

But fair play to City, they exposed us ruthlessly, and didn't let up, thought when we got back to 3-1 we had a chance to keep it respectable if City had taken their foot off the gas, but they just kept looking for goals, and hitting us quickly as we looked to score.

Got to get back to winning ways against hull, and tom terrific will be up for that game. Difficult one..

    Wake up, Corny, wake up!

The FA will protect their own. Like they always do.

I thought the sending off was harsh as he did get the ball.
The FA are unaccountable nothing will happen

  • Harsh is being kind. It was the wrong decision.

But the FA won't rescind it.

  • Spurs got exactly what they deserved, fuck all.

You can try to analyse it as much as you like, the fact is that you got outclassed and outplayed on every front where it mattered most. City are a very strong team and far more cohesive unit than they ever were under Mancini.

  • I wasn't disputing that. You knew they were going to be on the wrong end of a beating when Sherwood and Ferdinand were talking nonsense to the press about the value of holding midfield players.

  • @roboto- George Thorne is a good player. Would like to think he can step up to the plate but only time will tell. I mentioned him a couple of years ago on here as he has done good things at international level for his age.

  • Why the spurs hate jaw? You and Mikec been sharing notes. We were well beaten, held my hand upto that yet you come in with boot and want to give more of a shoeing, are you Pisti in disguise?

Why don't we talk about the hypocrisy of a manager whose the epitome of pragmatism, who spoke earlier in the season about making his teams more defensive and how easy it is to win one nil, now bitching and whining about west ham playing his side defensively.
    Eh!

    Eh!

Did you hear me complain about last night? If Mourinho is the man he thinks he is he should have said that we lacked a bit of precision and perhaps a finisher. 39 attempts is a hell of a lot but I'm not complaining. We won the CL that way, learn from it and move on.
No Spurs hate at all, I think it's a massive reality check. AVB was part of the poblem. Tim Westwood isn't the solution.

    Genuine LOL.
