  • So... Anyone up for footie thread xmas drinks this year?

  • Everton told 'Lukaku will cost £25m'

    Well that's that then :-(

Sell Bains and go for it. It's not that often that a none CL team will have the chance to sign a striker of that quality. It's a player to build a team around.

  • John Gregory back in the big time*!

How deep must that tan be after all that time off?

    *Crawley Town in League 1.

  • TS, football drinks yes.
Match over the festive period, or just drinking in a football environment, and will the non londoners be shipping out to the wilderness that isn't london town to see family?

    Effra Hall, Albion????

My 'back of a fag packet' management skills will tell me that the circulated £15m for Baines and £3m for Heitinga(Fiorentina in Jan) will give us a tidy warchest to add to the £27m for Fellaini and £6m for Anichebe
Take out the £13m we paid for McCarthy and that leaves us around £38m

Reality is, Kencunt has probably paid back most of the Fellaini n Anichebe money to the banks and Philip Greene so all we'll be getting is loans if at all

  • You couldn't stand him a while ago.

  • Plus Barry will probably cost us about £5-7m in the Summer

  • football drinks yes but not if it is in cafe kick. levels of plastic there even beyond me.

  • You're all welcome here.

  • You couldn't stand him a while ago.

    Who, Barry or Martinez?

  • Martinez.

Maureen was being oh so mysterious about why Lukaku is out on loan.. anyone know?

  • Nahh, not 'couldn't stand him'....just didn't think he'd be the right man for the job

BUT, he's definitely shut me up and a lot of other fellow Blues

Fair play to him, he seems to be getting this football lark

    Where would you suggest?

    passes out

albion in goldsmiths row is the obvious choice

but happy with effra or any proper pub that has a bit of football watching heritage and serves pints. like proper pints. in pint glasses.

  • Anywhere central? Effra's too far south and Albion's too far east...

  • passes out

you're shocked he's gone back on his word?

  • I thought he'd completed that task?

  • Has the shirt been worn then?

  • More chance of me yentzing Heidi Klum than ever wearing that shite

  • Never say never.

am giving this a little thought
