No Spuds fans care to comment on how lucky Lloris was to have stayed on the pitch then?
You'd be a braver ref than me then.
No way could anyone tell if that was in or out of the box on first glance.
Spurs have had that bit of luck this year though, which often accompanies teams with a bit of a aura about them.

Blah, blah, blah...seeing it from four or five different angles... blah, blue, bleurgh.
How many seats did you have inside the stadium?

Roboto, come back to me when you see Derby closer than watching on the football league show, as the iplayer buffers and you try and get Solid Snake to sleep..
-

To be fair he does go see Derby, when he gets the free tickets from his phone contract.

Ah, only take questions from people who go to games eh.

It's an old mobile trade in site, you get the tickets if you still have the charger and instruction booklet.

We were fucking gash on Saturday... 4 centre backs..wtf? I can only assume that enrique was being rested for wednesday? That did not work.
We missed Glen Johnson badly, he offers a lot of width.
Lets hope we see a proper response on wednesday and we can turn over the mancs

yep.
4 CBS and Rodgers has the temerity to blame them for poor defending.
Don't care too much for Wednesdays game to be honest. Rather see a decent result against Sunderland -
• #89035
I agree with Mike, it will be good to see Sunderland notch up a win.

I'm back. Would anyone care to summarise the last 16 days for me.
Please keep it short as I'm rather jet lagged. Thanks. -

I'd like to see both, we don't have europe so should at least try properly in the cups.
Sunderland should still be in a state of disarray, but I'd have preferred the sacking to happen a little later.

The curse of the 'Manager of the month'
We were the champions of August. That much is true :)
We won't see top 4 again now until possibly next August. -

Are you sure you're not a Liverpool fan?
For someone who bangs on about the rules and talking about your own team, you seem desperate to relate everything back to Liverpool.
-
• #89050
Yep.
No mention of how they have not lost a game in the league under Martinez.
Just the same old bollox about Liverpool.
Definitely some Freudian shit going on there
Landslide it was a bang bang play. He could have gone if the ref had had a different look at it. But seeing it from four or five different angles, sometimes it looked like he handled the ball over the line, others like his hand was on the line when he touched the ball. It was an awful ball by Naughton, but he had nowhere else to go, and Cardiff had done so nice closing down.
I wouldn't have been outraged if he'd gone, but also know it wasn't as clear cut as everyone else seems to be making out. I'd be more concerned if Friedel had been in goal as we'd probably have been down one nil as he wouldn't have gotten out there fast enough..
