Sanogo, Flamini and Viviano.

Or do you mean have Arsenal paid a transfer fee yet?
-

I honestly don't get it why clubs wait until the last 24 hours of the transfer window to complete their squads, is pre-season that overrated?
I was thinking spurs were delaying the Bale transfer for as long as possible basically to fuck arsenal over by giving them not much time to pick up the real madrid scarps

I'd have really loved us to have gotten Radja Nainggolan today.
Think he'll end up at Juve.
Would have also like Thauvin and Corchia but that's not going to happen either.

Have Arsenal signed anyone yet?
Ozil.

Marko Arnautovic to Stoke. Interesting signing to say the least. Phenomenally talented player, but has the kind of attitude that would put Mike Tyson to shame. Expect fireworks of some kind, but most likely not of the goalscoring kind.
Sums it up quite nicely. He's a fruitloop. Complete bellend. He models himself on Ibra even though he hasn't got the skills or attitude to back it up.
I watched him develop closely at Twente early on his career but to me he's had one good season and then he buggered off to Inter to sit on the bench. Don't expect Jose to shake hands with him when Chelsea meet Stoke next time. -

Ozil.
€50m..... yikes.
-

^^^ So I see.
Good signing that - though might be a bit lightweight? Will he fancy a wet wednseday night in Stoke?

Fantastic signing, even at that money. Ozil was the player who's made Madrid tick over the last three years (alongside Alonso) and was instrumental in them winning La Liga.

Interesting - I still actually don't think the deal will happen.
Either a gazumping or he'll choose to stay at Madrid.
But it kind of solves a problem we don't actually have - but if the chance to sign a player of his ilk comes along, I guess you have to take it.
If it were me I'd have gone Thauvin and Nainggolan - as well as a CB.
Demba Ba on loan is an interesting one, given JM's comments on selling to rivals the other day.

I agree he's a fantastic player but i'm not sure that Arsenal needed him that much.
They could do with spending that money on someone who scores 25+ goals a season instead.

They've got Bendtner.

We've still got TGSTEL.

Fair play... Arsenal for the title!

He's played wet Freitags in Rostock, so I think he'll be fine.

Ozil has stats similar to Mata.
When at Bremen with Pizarro up front - in 90 games he scored/assisted in 60 goals
At Madrid in 158 games he scored/assisted in 94 goals.
These are stats I can live with.

I still be dissappointed if we don't get another body in defensive midfield/defence

Ozil will be a fantastic player in the premiership. would love to have him at united.
-
• #87846
^^^ Yep, a quality central defender always should have been the priority.

Very happy with this transfer window.
I think we've bought good talent, at the right price. No huge names, but I think that's ok. I think Mkhitaryan is the only one I'm annoyed at missing out on, he's already proving himself a match winner at BVB

PSG just outbid Arsenals bid for Ozil... apparently
deadline day in full effect
-
• #87849
First and foremost, I'm delighted to have made the loan from Chelsea to a big club like Liverpool.
He gets it already.

Ozil transfer is so unlike Arsenal it's not even funny. Will he turn out to be like Bergkamp or is he going to be Arshavin MKII?
Chelsea - stop loaning out decent players to the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool. They can stump up or fuck off, please.
Have Arsenal signed anyone yet?
