Right, lets clear a few things up.

Your average German does not wear lederhosen. You know why? Because it's to Bavaria what kilts are to Scotland. You only see them in the South, mainly Bavaria.

But you do see plenty of Bavarians wearing them, whether football fans, or otherwise.
