  • At the Nocturne on Saturday a forum member (who shall remain anonymous) said that Pisti was there and pointed to a group of fellow forumengers. "Where?" I responded. "Over there." He replied, finger pointing towards the crowd.

I scanned the faces to see if Pisti was actually at a forum event involving cycling and if he was, was he wearing the red of his favourite EPL team.

He wasn't. He wasn't even there. The anonymous forumenger thought Lynx was Pisti.

Oh how I laughed at this faux pas.

  • i met up with lynx at the canary wharf crit racing on thurs

he didn't slag liverpool off once

    i like lynx

  • good article by georgina turner about the lack of opportunities given to U21 players, something managers, the Premier League and the FA need to look into, given the pitiful display by the england U21's and their fall from the Euro's.

  • i like the way sol campbell comes out and slags them off

sol " mr twice world cup winner, one time european championships winner " campbell

oh wait hang on a minute ............

  • Germany knocked out of the U-21's too

Death of the Bundesliga / blame the forrins etc etc...

  • Germany knocked out of the U-21's too

Death of the Bundesliga / blame the forrins etc etc...

wasn't the whole world going on about how good the german youth set up was after their double in the european cup final

  • two close games they lost were to holland and spain,
we lost to italy, no shame there though it seems we were outplayed, and norway - not wanting to get into little englander mode, but norway?!? Come on son!

Premier League, best in the world and get done by norway 3-1. Not good enough.

  • England beat Norway twice in qualifying. Also, the excuses that Pearce didn't have much choice in picking his squad, not sure if I can agree with that.
I'm sure that there would be a lot of managers that would like to select a few players from this lot.

  • Jeez, do I upset you, do my football thoughts irritate you like a stray bit of sand caught in your undies?

Because it seems right now they are causing you to hit quote in a frenzy. Do you wish to drag me into a discussion, nay debate where upon you can beat my whimsical remarks and stray thoughts into submission with your erudite and perceptive compendium of football information.

If that is the case you are sorely mistaken, I have told you previously that our communication within this thread specifically and on the forum in general is at an end, that has not changed on my part, but seems to have been forgotten on yours.

So to make it plain once more, go about your business, I have no interest in interacting with you, engaging in a dialogue or giving you more space to spread the view that you are right and everyone else, myself in this instance is wrong.

So I say to you, get to fuck, go harass someone else who gives a goddamn (preferably pisti, please make sure to use #weartheshirt), and on that note I reiterate our one sided internet communication is at an end..

  • to point 3 - that's easy.
no one wants to engage with you

  • Its a trick to get their hands on your stamp collection

  • These marriage website contracts are pretty hard to get out of these days.

  • I don't collect stamps.

I better let them know they are wasting their time then.

  • snore

  • ignore

  • bore

  • I don't collect stamps. Funnily enough though I do collect urine samples in jars marked by what I have eaten and drunk in the previous 24 hours, as well as well as retired dutch defenders.

The trick is to take two samples and store one in the fridge while the other is left in sunlight, compare again after a few weeks to see how they now differ. There's probably some boffin on here that will tell you why one will no longer have the same piquancy as the other.

  • The big question though, which goes better with bleach?

  • I'm scoring in favour of Jeez here. There was some flamboyant showboating from Cornelius, but it just got too elaborate. A real shot on goal wasn't registered.
Three quick counter attacks, much like Real Madrid at their best their Brian, and well, Blackfoot FC are really on the floor.

I can't see them coming back from that.

  • As I said yesterday, if it's Martinez I will not be watching Everton again, home, away, even on the telebox

    .

  • The prosecution rests, m'lud...

  • Jeez, well now I've reminded you (puts fingers to lips) Shhhhhhh! and avoid the quote button whenever you can, which I know in your case is pretty difficult, but try it, go on, just this once.

@Chalfie, you know me all latin american tricks and flicks, wanting to walk the ball into the net. If I'd gone route one, like my anglo saxon upbringing demanded and launched it upto the big man to put into the mixer, with over exaggerated use of capital letters and lots of four letter expletives, I might have had a chance. Or better yet brought on Godwin as a sub, the game would have been there for the winning..

  • Deffo south American. Vintage Argentina, when they were fat little men in baggy shorts. According to a European team.
