So where would Dave end up?
http://road.cc/content/news/78991-dave-brailsford-says-hed-consider-move-football
We need someone to install mental toughness and a winning mentality so he'd be welcomed at LFC

Well that's what he currently does and he seems pretty happy with it.
**The real question is, why would anyone want to live and work in Liverpool? **Dicki, do you want to live and work in Liverpool? Didn't think so.
On that note, I see Liverpool University are opening a campus in London

Gus Poyet in talks with Reading...
http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2013/mar/20/gus-poyet-reading-brighton
Would it be worth his while to go to Reading, doubt he could pull off the miracle act of pulling them out of the relegation mire, and the Russian Sugar Daddy hasn't shown any willingness to back the previous manager with a truckload of cash for players, so why would he do so for the new one..
Like Poyet, think he's got something, smart, young, tactically aware and doing good things with Brighton who are on the cusp of the playoff places. Maybe even asking to speak to Reading, could upset the positive run that Brighton are on right now. As Greavsie said, football, its a funny old game..

Something to sing about for Derby, Chris Martin has renewed his loan deal so we have him until the end of the season (possible summer buy).

Poor you. Music for people who don't like music

Also I was thinking this after watching Stoke West Brom and what do you know, the Guardian go and write an article about it, they must have a link to my brain or something..
http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/blog/2013/mar/20/tony-pulis-stoke-city
Stoke solidly midtable, but not kicking on, seemingly surpassed by teams that have spent less and play (to my eye) more attractive football, Swansea/West Brom, and are sitting only just above teams like Norwich, Newcastle and West Ham.
They are one of the teams I wouldn't miss if they went down, a bit like Sunderland a team who do enough, but never seem to excite.. Saying that, they'll probably beat us when we play them in the penultimate game...

Don't underestimate the power of that plastic from 1D.

I'd be happy to see stoke go as well. Hideous place to visit and their brand of football doesn't deserve the premier league.
Really concerned for York City, look like going down without a fight. Did anyone notice Francis Jeffers scored his first goals in England in 4 years on Tuesday night for Aldershot..
Trying to scramble bits of a bike together to take part in Sunday's ride.

He looks like the bastard love child of Stan Ogden and Jabba the Hut.
