Best run club in the country. Peace put in a system 10 years ago so whereas personalities matter, the system isn't reliant on anybody. Ashcroft leaves and his replacement just has to follow the directions on the label. Most important thing of all was his idea to be like Top European teams and appoint head coaches instead of managers. Head coaches have a say in transfers but don't dictate. They fit into the west brom way or its adios amigo. We also took relegation from the prem time after time on the chin and built it in to the wages and contracts. I'd had a shit day. So yeah.

I was suprised to see a Milan team so devoid of ideas. All players though should take on the "if you don't have the ball then run to space" approach to heart. No one standing around waiting for the ball which is always nice to watch.
