And as a West Ham supporter, how do you feel about the pornographers "buying" you promotion? How do you feel about the Icelandics, who had bought you promotion, going bust and causing you to be relegated?
Football, for better or worse, is about money. For years Chelsea squeezed through with little or none thanks to the avarice of Mears. Now they have some, they can compete.
Do you believe that success should be limited to those clubs who were bankrolled in the 1970s and 1980s or should every team have a chance of success by finding a financial backer? Remember also that Abramovich would not have bought Chelsea but for the Champions League qualification that had been achieved when the club was near bust.
That's all very well but I'm not a West Ham supporter.

Who do you support then?
Liverpool I suppose.

Spurs. Who I'm very aware aren't a poor team but you could hardly accuse us of buying glory.

Not recently but they have done when they were winning things. Look at their atrocious behaviour in signing Jimmy Greaves.

- Man City - 88 points
- Chelsea - 81 points
- Man Utd - 80 points
- Arsenal - 72 points
Spurs will finish 5th and Liverpool most likely 6th or 7th depending on Newcastle's form.
Time for a rethink.

And we are atrocious at the moment (but ahead on goal difference).

• #71720
And how much have you spent on transfers again?

• #71721
Time for a rethink.
At least I called SPOTY correct.

Now Rafa's in charge it's all about the net spend.

Thought that was kinky?

I can assure you we wouldn't. He'd get kicked to bits by his own team.

Greavsie - first out the cab and last to the bar, but nearly always shit-faced.
Now Rafa's in charge it's all about the net spend and upselling from the menu
Fixed.

yeah fair play to gollem for that.. Fellani to be banned what 6-9 games... might help the selling in January to say psg?
That many??! Are you sure?
When Ratface got 8 games for racism if it's anywhere near that what kind of message will the FA be sending out....that a softarse headbutt is as worthy as racism??
Hello.
I was being dragged around relatives houses passing on good tiding in outer bumblefuck with no signal and no connection, found out the result and can't bring myself to watch anything about it. Sounds like most of the games this season.. dominate don't take advantage they get a good goal we start chasing and get turned over...
Need some attacking depth and Sterling needs a rest
