the west ham game really was 50:50 either team could have taken it both teams had their spells both teams could have scored a couple more .. no one in the liverpool side looked outstanding it just seemed to be a good all round performance against a tough team ... i liked the way rodgers brought on coates to nullify cole for the last 10 mins or so ... all those long balls were gonna pay off eventually .. just glad they didn't have carroll on the pitch .. he could have blackened a few eyes
