Interesting idea but who is going to judge whether a player dived or not? Ok, some are obvious but even with those you get people with a vested interest claiming they weren't dives. Justifications like "he was only trying to get out of the way of an anticipated challenge". Taking bets on a matter of opinion is asking for trouble and I doubt any bookies would want to go near it until after a committee, like the dubious goals panel, is in place to make the decisions.
