As for Arsenal, they're 2 goalkeepers, 1 right back, 1 centre back, 1 holding midfielder and a centre forward short to win the league.
Will Wenger regret not signing any new players during the transfer window?
-

Wenger's record when it comes to buying goalkeepers is piss poor. Only Lehmann was a success and he's bought one a season for the past 12 years.
That said, the decision for the second goal was a fucking joke. Campbell did not intend that as a back pass and to then allow a quick free kick in that position was appalling. If that had happened to Everton we would never hear the end of it.

As a totaly non biased Spurs fan that quick free kick was perfectly fine. I did however burn my dinner slightly as it took me quite a while to stop laughing.

Wolves have just been fined £25k for fielding a weakened team against Utd, WTF!?! An absolutely ludicrous decision. The manager can pick any team he sees fit from the squad he has
Will any of the Sky 4 clubs get fined when they always play weakened teams in the FA/Carling Cups? Will they fuck!

Terry : 'What a shite couple of years. Mum's a thief. Dad's a druggy. Been pulled up in the tabloids several times for my arrogant behaviour and missed the decisive penalty in a Champions League final'
Bridge : ' Humph, Count yourself lucky mate.....I've just found out my missus has Aids'
-

How farcical. Even if it is blatant that the team is weakened, its still a subjective view from the F.A and they have no business telling managers which players they should be fielding. Mick's decision paid off the next week by resting players and he should be applauded for his strategic team selection.

Exactly
Sky 4 teams do it all the time when they have a CL game ahead in a few days and they ALWAYS do it in the Carling Cup
-
• #6746
Wolves should take that to CAS, surely the Premier League have got no leg to stand on.
Who are they to judge if a player is good enough to play in the league, if he's on the roster then he's eligible to play, end of.
What are they going to do next, fining Arsenal for playing Fabianski, Bendtner and Sagna? -
• #6748
Pienaar's off to Arsenal :-(
nice.. always rated him since he gave viera the runaround when playing for ajax in a 0-0 draw at highbury.
