Arsenal have not.

It sounded like a pretty good game which we could easily have won. I was at a kiddies party at a house with no Sky. I had to keep 'popping out to the car' for updates

Fair play, Liverpool played fairly well, and we were poor.
Skrtel now has more assists than Downing I believe.
If Liverpool want to actually get anywhere, they need to raise their game against the likes of Wign, QPR, WBA etc, rather then City, United, Chelsea and Everton. Otherwise they'll be mid-table forever.
Good to see a proper referee do the game today, rather than Stevie G.

well i never
i was v.nervous going into yesterdays game
i had in mind a 5-0 drubbing
coming out of the pub yesterday after the game it felt like a great weight had been lifted from my shoulders
after seeing the hearts game on thurs i was expecting more of the same
we actually played really well
apart from two liverpool howlers we had that game in our pocket
if we can do that every week and find another goal scorer we could be on for a top half finishin rodgers i trust

Much to the annoyance of my Mrs, my 18month old lad has shown strong signs of a love of football
It was confirmed this morning when watching the news, they showed the Tevez goal against Liverpool
He shouted out a spontaneous 'Gooooaaal!' while pointing with a clenched fist!
A proud Dad moment :-)

Don't worry G, in a year or two, on seeing Tevez, he will be screaming "F-off you ugly Manc w..."

Modric is off to Real Madrid, finally, now watch ABV spunk £30m or so in a week, no doubt on some quality players but it can't be optimal presentation for a difficult season ahead.
Real Madrid lost 2-1 to Getafe last night, now that is a shocker.

If he's growing up in Islington then his local team is Liverpool isn't it?
Or maybe Chelsea.
He definitely wants to support a team that can score goals.

I'm hoping it's more to do with the sight of seeing a goal scored against Liverpool, the same feeling I get.

I've been at my Mum n Dads all weekend in South Oxfordshire, little village in the middle of nowhere. Watched the game down the local, packed....and it was no surprise to hear mass eruptions when Liverpool scored, a volley of plastic cunts infesting the rural areas too so it seems
Needless to say I was the only one cheering when City scored -

Of all the football teams in the world, perhaps only Brazil generate a level of debate as intense and unremitting as that which surrounds Liverpool FC. It is into this cauldron of conflicting passions that Rodgers has walked, with his eyes wide open and his reputation at stake, a bright young man whose two impressive seasons with Swansea City are deemed sufficient evidence on which to hang the immediate fortunes of the five-times European champions.
