I only saw the highlights of the Japan - Spain match last night but I was quite impressed by the way the Japanese performance, de Gea was the best Spanish player, says it all I guess.

Sturridge should go out on loan for a season, I reckon Martin O'neill could get him playing some good football.

saw the japan spain game and japan were very good, closed the space down, quick on the attack solid in defence they were quite impressive, spain had a few chances but the main dangerous goal scoring opportunities came to japan and were unlucky not to get the second goal with quick thinking from a quick free kick when the ref gave a red card. I didnt get excited about team GB but enjoying the games non the less

I thought it would be good to have a thread where all Arsenal fans could talk about the upcoming games, what everyone thinks of the transfers etc.
Also if anyone is a member or has a season ticket and can't make it and wants to help a fellow Gunner out.
Also what pubs does everyone go to on match day?
