  • That would have to be downloaded from the crAppstore.

  • He's shit

    You're an idiot.

  • 12 match ban for Barton - got off fairly lightly IMO.

  • Heskey finally released by villa. I reckon hes gonna go to QPR

  • Its possible that Richards has refused to play in a team with JT. You never know what happens behind the scenes. I think the same is true of Ledly King, though he is injured and past it now. Probably what happened with Drogba at Chelsea too

This brings me on to something that I've been thinking about. Surely all players that turn up to Uefa/Fifa events grinning like fucking tools in their penguin suits, shaking hands with Slack Bladder are vindicating their consistently derisory decisions taken on racism within the game. The one game Eng-er-laaand players were going to walk off and that fucking twat Beckham told them to stay on the pitch. Cunt. I'd love to start a twatter thing towards these individuals. Shake hands and you back it.

    Yep - Kenny's fault.

He provided the most assists in the prem or near enough (Damo?) in his last Villa season. That's why they went all moneyball over him. It would probably help him if he had a forward who could score too.

I think he'll do a good job for engerland.

One of the issues was Carroll's poor form and lack of game time for the majority of the season. Downing banged a lot of crosses in but the tactics meant there was rarely any around to attack what he provided. I'd love to see them together as Andy looks to have picked up. I'm sure KK will be proved correct in time.

  • What would it take for the FA to pull out of Fifa/Uefa?

Holding the world cup in Qatar, and taking bribes didn't manage much more than a ripple.

  • The England team have a long and shameful history of this sort of thing....

Holding the world cup in Qatar, and taking bribes didn't manage much more than a ripple.

Totally pointless. The FA would be the only ones to do it. It takes the individual stars stand up and say "fuck you" by binning awards on stage to really make a ripple in the overall perception. It would be the height of embarrassment for the heirachy.

  • The England team have a long and shameful history of this sort of thing....

Would like to note that the Great Britain team at the 1936 Olympics refused to give the Nazi salute. My grandad was on the bench, so I'm claiming a glorious history of anti-fascism. csb etc

  • That is cool. My great uncle fought in the Irish Brigade, on the fascist side of the Spanish Civil War. So I'm told.

  • the true cost of winning the league

Manchester City lost 197m last season, the biggest single-year loss by a football club in history. The Premier League's 20 clubs collectively made a loss of 361m last year, after spending all of their record 2.3bn income.

  • I think Brendan Rodgers is on the cards to be the new LFC manager. Fortunately, interest seems to have called on ArrogantVoiceBox. Odds on him have gone out and although Martinez is reputedly flying out this weekend to Boston, I reckon Rodgers is their preferred choice, which would be good.

  • of those left with their hats in the ring, some untried 1 season in the premiershit manger would be better than AVB and Martinez
Rogers seems to have taken the plaudits this season as manager of the season along with lambert and pardew
he's fits the boston redsocks model as they brought in a young untried baseball manager and that choice seemed to do quite well

I do not like the idea of AVB at all. Im not sure who I would like less, him or Martinez
