Has Torres scored from the halfway line yet ?

He has scored after receiving the ball in his own half and running down the pitch and beating the goal keeper. Good goal that. Would you like a link?

  • Has Torres scored a hattrick?

He was a little bit late to that party Clive. A second rate hattrick against a second rate team. Did his hattrick include a goal from the half way line?

  • Has Carroll scored a hattrick?

  • for the net expenditure carrolsuarez has scored as many hatricks as torres
    and slightly more goals

  • Your love in with two of the most unloveable footballers known to man is wondrous in its simplicity.

  • it's all about supporting your team through thick and thin clive, you should know, remember the desolate years before the 21st century kicked in

  • We're moving forwards, so why keep looking back, dicki?

    Ah, history.

We have more of a future than you.

  • it's all about supporting your team through thick and thin....

This is a joke right? ^

When you say "thick and thin", are they references to Carroll/Carragher and Peter Crouch?

  • well, unless they get below 6th in the table in which case you pretend to be a rugger bugger

Come on Saracens Tigers you can do it

  • Rugby: where bumming is a right of passage. So to speak.

  • it's not just rugby many other private schools teach bumming
    part of year three curiculum

How to give and receive in equal measures.

  • Rugby: where bumming is a right of passage. So to speak.

    Yep.
I mistakenly stumbled into a rugby initiation party in my Uni bar once. I will never forget what I saw :(

  • We (and I think I can speak for all of us) have no desire for you to share it.

    Thank you.

  • Best kept out the public domain.
    PM me for details

  • Certainly fucking not!

  • Yep.

Did this involve former Blue Peter presenter Sarah Greene and a pool table ?

  • I've had a few PMs coming in already , people seem quite keen to know.
It did involve a pool cue, rolled up paper, lighters and naked men.
Like I said, it weren't great. I don't remember seeing Sarah Greene there though

  • for such a " manly sport " they like touching each other, rolling around in mud together , and group nakekidity a bit too much don't they
any excuse to drop their trousers is taken with enthusiasm

  • When I was at University, the rugby club were notorious for invading and trying to disrupt the gay society discos. Presumably they felt that they should maintain their monopoly on homoerotic activity.

  • I have witnessed a similar event (paper, lighters, naked men) involving ex-England and current Scotland coach Andy Robinson.

The Sarah Greene story was at Hull wasn't it?

    anyway, rugby thread >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
