Will you be at Wembley??
No I shall be attending my twins naming ceremony plus a big family meal and then party that has been arranged for 2 months.
Will you? -

Re: empty seats, I'd say they were the debenture seats or whatever they are called. Chelsea were given a further 2,000 tickets on Wednesday which were sold on the same day.

Will you?Naming ceremony?? Is that some new posh name for a christening?
-
• #56982
Yeah well, it is a kind of atheist christening.
Kind of humanist thing as I wanted a ceremony to formally have them named but as I am a staunch athiest and hate religion as much as I hate Chelsea, this seemed to fit the bill.So I have a good excuse for not being there :)

I'd say atleast 75% of us not neccesarily want him to fuck off but let's just say that it's defo time for a change, he's gone as far as he can take us, no money, no tactics, too one dimensional, too defensive
One problem is, no-one else out there to take over from him, the other is our chairman is still a cunt and will still be in charge....giving the next man no money eitherIF he stays, he needs to get rid of deadwood like Neville, Cahill, Osman, Hibbert, Rodwell. We all know he won't though

Approaching the ground yesterday towards the Everton end, Blues all over the place one of the first bunch of Kopites we saw....one of them came over and asked my mate to take a photo of him and his mates outside the stadium.
I shit you not, on my Mothers life they were Norwegian -

Aye - bloke I'm working with says similar. BBC commentary was touting Osman for England.....
-
• #56988
Osman should've been called up for England a long time ago.

Appalling behaviour by Sp*rs fans chanting during minute's silence and then jeering Luiz as he was stretchered off.
Referee was weak. How Parker never received a card, particularly for his first half hacking down of Drogba was unintelligible.
Lino was a bit soft on the second goal which was a pity as it inspired Sp*rs into their only decent spell of the game which resulted in their goal.
Sp*rs fans abandoning their team faster than the women and children off the Titanic with 15 minutes to go was funny.
Decent training for the big game on Wednesday. Good atmosphere.

Oh, and Drogba's goal was amazing and Lampard's free kick first rate. -

Got home early and saw your team score an undeserved goal and saw some decent football from Mata, Drogba et al. I think you should be happy. Your biggest game since the Carling Cup win a few years ago.

One word :- Goal Line technology
2nd word :- Have a full paid up proper ref, as part of the commentary team. "ask Bill"
the rules. As it stands it's a joke.Even snooker has Hawk-Eye FFS

Goal line technology would leave FIFA and The FA unable to carry out their grand scheme
-
• #56995
If there had been goal line technology in 2005, Liverpool would never have gone to Istanbul.
Best leave the subject Mike.
Tottenham scored one goal. Chelsea scored four or five which, in my book is more than one. Hardly a game influencing decision.

Before kick-off, a section of Chelsea's support sadly let themselves and their club down by noisily interrupting the silence held in memory of the Hillsborough disaster and for Livorno midfielder Piermario Morosini, who collapsed and died after suffering a heart attack during a Serie B game on Saturday.
Remember Clive, Chelsea may be style but they are still cunts.

Funny then that the noise all came from the West end of the stadium where the snide hoardes of Tottenham were until they started drifting off early in the second half.
Disrespectful. But what do you expect from that scum. They were singing jolly songs about Matthew Harding's death on the way up and those ridiculous "Y*d Army" chants designed to provoke antisemitism.
Time something was done about them.

No apology from Tottenh*m. Classless twerps. As for the Rednapp git. What was he trying to do?
-
• #56999
Relax. You won the game.

All the noise during the silence came from the yids.
Parker was lucky he wasn't sent off proper throwing his toys out the pram.
If the result would have been 2 1 to Chelsea id understand all the crys out for goal line tech. But it wasn't, Tottenham were completely outplayed.
Said it on here before, Ashley Young is one horrible diving cunt
He should've seen straight red for that, truly awful
