Villa have been made into a proper mcleish side, 2-0 down they just dug in deeper, no fucking ambition, don't know how the fans put up with that dross. And why the hell didn't they take their full allocation? Hour and a half down the motorway and they can't bring a full contingent? Shameful.
That's it - no ambition. Albrighton is good, Gaby could be good. Shit, old defence aren't doing any favours. Hasn't looked any good since laursen left.
Wish we had o'Neil still.View is to survive this season, new manager, keep the strong development squad and get back up to top6 with the occasional threat to hit the big time.

Despite being an Ipswich fan, I find Grant Holt quite likable. He scores goals you wouldn't expect from looking at him, his first today was class. Sending off was a bit harsh I thought, second yellow shouldn't have been.

First half for spurs against Chelsea we were soporific, now drive, no heart, real lack of confidence, passing side to side and back, bale drifting inside taking modric's space, vdv trying too hard and both Parker and Sandro not doing enough harrying and chasing.
Second half we seemed to get a bit of belief, a bit of urgency, and a bit of confidence, suppose 'Arry put the verbal boot in. Modric started to get on the ball, we challenged more and had more of the chances. Apart from mata's freekick and a couple of half chances Chelsea didn't seem to offer much. Felt we deserved the win. Didn't get it. Must play better.
We showed some spark second half, but it's one step at a time to regain enough confidence to go at teams rather than waiting and nibbling at the edges..

Felt we deserved the win.
Troll.
What about the penalty? Once again Atkinson was your best player.
When a side turns up at Stamford Bridge and parks all its players deep and then time wastes throughout the second half and seeks to kick its way through the game, they can hardly be said to deserve anything.

come come clive, we didn't do much in the first half, but chelsea did even less, the occasional foray by drogba, you didn't even have a shot until the second half..
if all you can do is bring the referee into it, and be vocal about a penalty shout, that was just a hopeful plea, then that shows how little chelsea brought to a game that they needed to have, and just limped through.
Not saying spurs were that much better, but at least we offered a threat, which chelsea as I mentioned mata freekick aside didn't do.. -

I only managed to catch the first half and that was enough for me...
I don't think even the most ardent plastic Spurs can claim anything more than a point... Dull game, Spuds closed the game down and turned it into an anti-spectacle...

Still think Arteta's a bit too Spanish when he goes to ground. Theo's goal was a peach, in fact he continued to have a good season, quite happy that the know nothings take the piss while he quietly gets on with providing the assists. Thomas is on fire at the moment, thrilling to watch, will he be captain next year? RvP had an awful game, apparently he just didn't want to score, perhaps it's time to off load him.
Theo is making the right decisions and is playing with confidence, it used to only happen on the off game but he has put together 5-6 solid performances on the bounce.
Maybe it's playing along side such a form striker and captain or being sidelined in the fans hearts (and England role) by the almighty Ox, or even watching Arshavin moved out for under performing.. What ever Rice has done it's worked.
The prospect of an improving Theo, The Ox, Ryo and Gervinhio all available for Wenger as attacking wide players is enough to make me blush... Stick a big net busting German in the middle and RVP where the fuck he wants and we could be the sum total of awesome. in fact i don't know of any other side in the prem who can touch that. -
