no, I thought that as well. I appreciate the thought is in everyones mind, but it's not appropriate to speak about it straight after. Muamba is still being resuscitated. John Barnes was good though, preferring to reminisce about players that have had similar experiences and survived

Jon Champion handled it well initially during all the uncertainty. I don't know why he went back into commentator mode and started rolling off stats of previous instances.

I found a stream of the Hertha-Bayern game to take my mind off things. They won 6-0, which means they have scored 20 goals in their last 3 games, and had over 70% of possession over the course of the game. And they're still 5 points off the top!

Poor lad. Sounds like cardiomyopathy or perhaps a long QT. No warning, no pain - heart just stops pumping and he loses consciousness. Here's hoping they got the oxygen to his brain in time.

My thoughts are with Muamba hoping that he pulls through. Though it does not sound great, as he is in a critical condition which probably means a coma at the very least?
