I don't suppose you were at Old Trafford for Avram Grants first game in charge at Chelsea. ManU scored their first goal way out of time added on in the first half and their second from a wrongly given penalty in the second half. The decisions yesterday were less questionable than either of those and any ManU fan (and why are they on a London forum??) who claims to be hard done by by any refereeing decision can fuck right off up his own ironic arsehole in my book.
I have hated ManU since before you were born. In 1972 I was attacked outside Old Trafford by a gang of courageous Mancs - who at least had the courtesy to have manc accents. Chelsea won 1-0 that day as well.

I was at avrams first game, and got very very angry by the useless refferee.
Evans should have been sent off yesterday! FACT
If raised studds in a tackle can get you sent off then a karate kick to the chest warrants a 3 match ban at least, but as you say i'm sure the fa will do fuck all.
The fact the goal was "dodgy" made it all the sweeter.
I'm going to stop writing before i wind myself up even more :) -

vidic is true scum
It would give me great joy to watch him suffer a career ending injury.
If i remember correctly, i think drogba acctually knocked one of his teeth out in a game last season or the season before...
Drogba = Legend
And as he gets older he seems to improve (apart from his hairline and bald patch that is) -

"Vidic is truly scum" or "Vidic is a true scumbag" would be better in this instance.

still. it was funny watching him shake his legs.
let's watch it again.
YouTube- Evans on Drogba

I love DD, the shaky leg thing is fucking awesome... BTW Liverpool are cheating cunts, Birmingham were robbed tonight... Rafa OUT!!!!

I have to say that the Liverpool dive was very funny. Remember the cries of injustice when Chelsea were awarded a penalty against them at Anfield a few years ago. The referee had to apologise and was banned for a number of games. No such cries after last night's fiasco.
The FA and referees are so up the bottom holes of ManU and Liverpool that they must need floodlights to find their way to the loo.

So you weren't among the gang then?
;o)

FFS! How many times have we seen a Libpool player(normally Gerrard) cheat and dive, the ref gets sucked in and then Gerrard scores the penno!?
Horrible, horrible cunts! Refs need to have a serious look at themselves after awful decisions like that
If it was a penno why didn't Carsley get sent off as the last man?Cheatin cunts!

Has Chelsea's transfer ban been lifted, yes. Now who's arse are the FA up?
Why, I oughta......
-
• #5464
The transfer ban was lifted by the International Court of Sports Arbitration in response to an application by Chelsea FC against the improper imposition of the ban by FIFA. A legal and just lifting of the ban is hardly being up the arse of any footballing authority.

This page has reminded me why I never bother with football forums. Intelligent people getting all tribal about football. Jesus wept.
-
• #5466
Andy - that is precisely what they are there for. Escape from the dull reality of one's being. An opportunity to hate and be hated and for tribal loyalty and identity to flourish in a tsunami of bromance. Bring passion into your life.
The problem with club related football sites is that they break down into an "old school/new fan" rivalry. At least here one can say what one really feels about other teams and know that one's words will be read by supporters of those other teams and make no difference whatsoever to their views.

let's watch it again.Needs a potatoe chopped alien to burst out his chest. Then it would be comedy genius.
Personaly I think we take minor personal injury, too lightly, outside of football.
The next time I stand on a Lego block I fully intend on rolling from side to side wimpering. I should probably do some 'reaching to the stars, begging for relief' gestures too.
Maybe the appropriate response to being lightly caught in the face by someones umbrella should be to go down on my knees with my face in my hands, and refuse to allow anyone to touch me for ten minutes.Maybe the fair play bands should be replaced with HTFU bands for next season.

Next time a motorist knocks me off my bike I will do a Drogba in the road and scare the whatsit out of them.
-
• #5469
football hey, it's a funny old game
where did it all go wrong
still it's not the worst nor the second worst start benitez has had to a season
-
• #5470
@ cliveo don't say things like that.
why not when a motorist just gets a bit too close?
-
• #5471
Atleast you'd have a valid reason Clive

I was thinking this.
Would probably only work in slow city traffic though. So you could point from the floor and scream something dramatic like "my eyes, my eyes" -

Lee Carsley:
"I'm sure he has a family, he should be embarrassed. Blatant cheating. If I done that I would be too embarrassed to go home to my family"
Spot on!

I love Vidic! the man is nails and no more dirty than that prick Terry, but Terry is a chav which puts him down the social pecking order. Vidic is a gentleman in his own country
Evans went in with high feet and had a checked to make sure he made a clean contact.. but Drogba is no bambi, when he wants to he uses his physical presence to walk through players so it's a case of live by the sword die by the sword.
Evans should get cautioned as it was deliberate
Ironic considering Chelski were gifted the match by a catalogue of terrible refereeing decisions.
