According to the ITV news there's a forriner in the running for the Ingerland job.
Moaninho was looking for a new gaff in London's famous London...
So am I.

pisti's text to me 18:30 hrs zulu time on sat 3rd March 2012.
' Chelsea >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>'ambiguous to say the least. I replied 'trying to do a likely lads and not know the score until match of the day'
so Pisti replies ' put it this way, you are above Everton' -

Blimey, for weeks the snide ness that is the press and all their little mindless followers who are the plastics on here have been slagging AVB off and saying he should be sacked and now that he has been sacked they are saying how outrageous it is.
I agree with XH. Eva ought to be the next manager.
Quite the opposite, mate.

I'd much prefer Eva.

Former assistant boss Ray Wilkins says the Chelsea players should not be blamed for Villas-Boas's sacking - claiming they are a "delight to work with".
Hmmmm is he still on the pay role at Stamford Bridge ?

Eddie Newton is back which is good. Manager and assistant manager both fully committed to Chelsea. Both with their roots in the past at Chelsea. Both scores of FA Cup Final goals.

Di Matteo was a classy player, and it was a shame that we didn't get to see more of him.
Was his the fastest goal in FA Cup final history?
-
• #53811
It was but is no longer. Everton got a faster one when their sad little hopes were raised before they lost to us.

Add to that Zola and you've a Management Team that would perform admirably in the 2nd Division

Amusing little comparison here:

Dicki, just because Liverpool sacked Rafa and then brought in deadbeat Dalgleish, does not mean that everyone will follow their example.

Amusing little comparison here:
Clive, can anyone explain what on earth is going on at Chelsea? I understand why Scolari got the sack, as he was a dead-beat, Mourinho because he is a meglomaniac, and anti-football, Avram Grant cos he was useless, but why Ancelotti? And why AVB? Why Wilkins?

Wilkins was personal. He did something to upset the rather gauche idiot that is our chairman, Bruce Buck.
AVB threatened to lose us a CL spot. Simple as that. He was meant to be a long term Project and it would have been accepted if he had not won anything but losing a C L spot was not acceptable. Something had to be done to ry to rescue the position. Not sure if RdM is the answer but AVB wasn't going to achieve it.
Eva will save the day.

They did have 'the best English manager around' for a brief period between Rafa and KK.

What exactly do you think makes Chelsea such a shambles? Let us know by leaving a comment below...

He was manager of the year... I can only assume this was due to pals in the press. Woy plays awful football, for some teams this clicks; others not so much
