Ok, I am trolling a little bit, but what's so crazy about it? Isn't there still a problem with racism in football? I suggest that having a black manager, just like having a black captain, would send a powerful message.

I would guess that the ratio of black players in the premiershit would be roughly equal to the ratio of black people in the UK give or take a few percent
