Hart is the best goalie we've had since Seaman. Good in penalty shootouts, has positive tournament experience with the under 21s.

Loads of good defenders, Terry, Cahill, Lescott, Jones, Baines, Kelly, Cashley

Midfield is getting on a bit, but should still be good, Gerrard, Fatty, Barry, Parker, Wilshire

To be fair we have a lack of wingers, let's hope downing, walcott etc step up.

Strikers, apart from Rooney, you've got Bent, Welbeck, and maybe even Carroll if he returns to form.

I've just re-read this, it is comedy fucking gold. Darren Bent? Ha ha ha ha. Parker? Ho ho ho ho ho. Lescott? Baines? They are all fucking journey men.

As for Carroll? Jesus fucking wept. He's fucking shit and any half decent European defence would suss him out in the first 5 minutes.
