I'm a big fan of Mick McCarthy, but Wolves fans never seem to stop grumbling about him. I saw Ipswich there in the Championship a few years ago, everyone was chuntering then and then the next season he took them up, and has done well to keep them up ever since.

You know you're looking introduce a 'pass and move' system and at the very tip of it you add a player that has the experience of mere months in the top flight from a team that do not exhibit the footballing traits that you will?
