As for the sacking of Mutu, that was indicative of the manipulative gross hypocrisy of CFC, rather than any moral sensibility.

Not necessarily sack him, but fine him a months wages for bringing the (good!) name of Liverpool into disrepute. And put a dot next to his name for being a naughty boy.
