The FA have set themselves up for Terry to get away with it. That is one of the reasons for the severity of Suarez's punishment.

Really? how so? There's no written reason or proof as to his guilt. I think as an official statement it shows LFC aren't happy and will fight it. The bit about name calling at the bottom is intriguing for a personal view point but I can't see it having any relevance to this case.
