  • Big whopper

So did you watch your team on Sat?

    yup.

  • And your team is?

  • Think I've won already...

    unlike your team.

  • Ooooof! Getting slated by plastics.....

  • And your team is?

    rangers

  • About Walter Smiths level

  • really?

    ross, i am appalled.

  • I was at Ibrox few seasons back in a pre season friendly, we won 3-2, last min winner from ex Celtic bhoy Alan Stubbs. Which was nice.....

  • i would love to go to an old firm game at ibronx (in the away end, of course)

  • Was ace, 5,000 of us up there :-)

  • no i was joking. but only because pistanators stalled on his point and i was hoping plurabelle would chip in with some of that bizarre religious shit they have going on, aren't rangers fans huns? don't know what that means, regardless it's all barely football.

dunno if this was covered maybe fifty pages back but what is your point? obviously in the 60s when it cost half a days wages of working the docks or digging in a mine or whatever you do up there, then i imagine that everyone went to the football because they could afford to do so and also because you could stand up and drink and fight.
i don't know a single person that religiously watches their team every week because it's just not practical or financially viable. one kid i went to school with followed southampton home and away but that's only because his dad sold Hawkshead and they could afford to do it. if you want to go and watch your team that's cool but i don't think it makes you a bigger or better fan because you can afford to give up your time and money to travel 400 miles to see them at the weekend, it also begs the question that if you love them so much how could you ever have left the mersey in the first place?

  • @urinator
would have loved to see him (stubbs) score there.
he got some fucken stick from the huns, in his time.

    Irrelevant Post Alert

  • Yeah, it is irrelevant. But since you bring it up. Huns = Rangers fans/players. It doesn't have any religious connotations. Catholic Rangers fans/players are hun bastards too :-)

i just wiki'd it and i couldn't understand. where does huns come from i thought it was offensive?

  • Religion has no place in football

  • Irrelevant Post Alert

    get yr lol on, son

  • Scunthorpe

    Scunny Hunnys

  • Cesc is an Enfield boy.. money wont change that. Febregas wont go, captain of the club, adored by fans and has the potential to be a club legend. he is a player who would prefer a shirt retired, stand renamed or statue made in his honour over a few thousand pounds.

    oh you poor, poor idiot

    ha ha ha you tool!

Huns were a Germanic tribe that rampaged across Europe raping and pillaging, I think. Bout right, then :D It generally just means brutish bastards, to my mind.

There are arseholes who will tell you it means something different, but they are trying to make out that Celtic fans are being anti-Protestant when they say it. This is clearly bollocks: Celtic have always had protestant players, protestant fans, and our greatest ever manager (Jock Stein) was a protestant.

For what its worth, I've been to CP week in and week out, and gone to countless away games, and I've never heard any anti-protestant anything.

There are lots of decent Rangers fans, and I'm friends with a fair few. No-one I know on either side gives a fuck about religion. It's hopefully all in the past.

  • I blame Paul Gascoigne

  • Aye, me too :D

  • Well, what can I say....fucking shite! I've been to loads of games where we've won by loads, 5-0, 6-3, 7-1 etc but when it's the other way round it's a shit feeling, ruins your whole night
I was at Highbury few years back when the Arse beat us 7-0 but it didn't matter, we'd just finished 4th, we had a reserve team out and it was last game of the season - carnival atmosphere. This was the opening game and we should've been well up for it, top 5 teams should not be getting beat 6-1 at home by anyone. I left at 5-0 as did half the ground. 450m round trip, best part of £200 and 4hrs there and back, for that wank! :-(

Lescott may as well have been playing in a City shirt he was that shite and he's defo played his last game in royal blue, now Moyes fuck the cunt off and sort out the shower that pull on the famous shirt

All in all atleast I can say I go and watch my team though unlike most of you cunts happy to 'support' your team from the comfort of your own sofa!

Dennis was playing for his one year extension and pulled all the strings that game.. masterfull!

I am staying quiet - I had said it before - Arsenal have have one of the best attacking lines in the country and when they control the match it's game over. Everton had a bad day - once arsenal were ahead they could dictate the play. our new boy at the back looked solid, Song looked solid and Fabregas showed his class

that aside.. it's good to see that cunt Rafa blaming everyone apart from his shit team again

  • I've got a ticket for tomorrow now. I suspect it's going to be absolutely brutal.

  • that aside.. it's good to see that cunt Rafa blaming everyone apart from his shit team again

he really is a cunt, isn't he?
    they were soundly beaten yesterday.
