Arsenal have signed someone called Park Chu-young.
I thought that would just add to the problem as most of their players are Too young.I'll get my coat

And 'Arry reckons Nasri only left Arsenal for the money
No, he left because Wenger has turned them into a laughing stock.

Lots of people with short memories on here - Arsenal lost 6-1 at Old Trafford ten years ago.
Who was the Russian CB that played that day? Made David Blunkett look like Rooney!

I was there.. Again we switched off..
I didn't watch it but have loved listening to spurs fans on 5 live, hilarious!
Wenger has failed to put the backbone in the team, something serious is going on behind closed doors. Not many players wearing those arsenal shirts should utter a fucking word on twitter or face ache until they pull on their boots and play with pride.
Only one team believed they were going to win by enough to put them top of the league. The other looked to hide behind a hat of excuses... No signings, cesc and nasri gone etc.
This isn't a shit team, it was a disgraceful performance.
The squad has been thin in quality for 2 years, spending now is too late and the signing has to be a player that pulls together the team, we need an old head who has done it before.
We are at least 2 seasons away from being a team that can attract the quality players (jones , mata etc) but in those 2 years if anyone can dig a diamond out the rough it's wenger.Anyway has derbys record start been mentioned on this page yet?

So what has Wenger been doing for the past six seasons?
Arsenal have had everything in place since they moved to the Emirates to attract quality players, the only thing getting in the way has been the manager. And he won't learn. And that's the crux of it basically.
p.s. you missed Jordan Henderson out of that list of quality players

Ha ha Henderson... Poor mans Ramsey
Since losing flamini and hlebs.. Failed with any class signings and kept faith in duds. Ah well...
Have to say I love savage on 5 sport.. Epic lad

They'll need to come in with £25m for Jags to wanna go and join that shower!
FACT..
But him and Cahill were shit over the weekend

So will Weneger resign or be sacked? Apparently he was moaning that it was unfair for the teams who finished in the top 4 to play one another in the first few games of the season and the top teams should just be served up the fodder. Similar to a seeding system.
I bet Swansea are over the moon they get to play Arsenal in the next few weeks -

Indeed but we won, we didn't concede a goal, we are higher than you in the league having played less games AND we will not concede 8(EIGHT) goals in a game this season
All FACTS!

we haven't the money to offer the players that the other teams do, nor do we have the financial muscle, and to compound the misery, up until Wednesday we could not definitely offer players Champions League football. The dealings with Cesc and Nasri, show at best naivety but at worst deep rooted failings in the management of acquisitions.
Park Chu young for £3m can be fine I'm sure as a different kind of striker, with a decent bit of experience. It does however piss on any chance of us signing Hazard as Lille are truly pissed off about the whole thing.
It's been a miserable start and today was embarassing, but I promised myself that I was not going to let Arsenal's performances affect me like I have in the past. So I'm glad Mikec has been doing well with William Hill, because I'll be having that tenner off him in around 9 months!

Damo, get on this....
Arsenal have received more red cards this season already than they have points AND goals!
New record?

didn't southampton turn round and give them a drubbing after taking one themselves earlier in the season? (9-1) or summat back when Le Tissier was playing for them?

I agree, as much as it pains me. Wenger's youth experiment has failed, yet he seems unwilling to face up to this and do something about it. This current team needs some men in it, not more fresh faced boys.
Wenger deserves huge respect for what he's achieved at Arsenal, but his time is up. He won't recognise this, so Kroenke needs to grasp the nettle.

FFS: It's AUGUST.
We've just finished talking about wanking and shagging (copyright:Csmoker).
The season is defined as a success or failure in MAY.Spurs and Arsenal will still finish above: Bolton, QPR, Everton, Newcastle, Stoke, WBA, etc etc.
It will be, as ever, United, Chelsea, Arsenal, the new addition of City, the return of Liverpool to the top 5. -

It's a tired and dusty chestnut but it was only ever Dein who reminded Arsene that he was a "football" manager rather than a soccer professor.
nope, I remember that one as well. not as embarrassing but still pretty bad.
