Insua has signed for Sporting Lisbon.
Again a shame it didn't work out for him at Liverpool, for a while he played quite a few games.
And I'll never forget the goal he scored in the Carling Cup a couple of years back, when I went to see Liverpool at the Emirates.

So Mark, you are playing Carlisle today. Confident?

Parker to Tottingham for £8M + add ons. Probably the best signing 'ol candle chops has made. Modric to Chelsea?
I'm secretly mortified/devastated. If his decision to move was based on what was reported in one of the red tops earlier this week (he needed to play premiership football in order to be considered seriously for a place in the England team) then his stock has dropped in my opinion.
Still, now he can show the Spurs midfield exactly how passionate and dedicated you can be.
Right, I'm off to test the noose that Arsene Wenger sent back to me.

No. I haven't been a Leyton fan for long, but every game "we've" played since I started, "we've" lost. My prediction based on this, albeit small, sample size, is that "we" are doomed.

We really should go watch Leyton at some point

Bill's in. I'm keen.

Just looked, they are bottom of the league right now. They need our support.

Derby day for me. i hope Norwich score and give a good account of themselves but Chelsea win.
so 3 points for the blues and lots of "if they play like that all season they will not be relegated" type comments from the pundits on telly.

I'll go to an Orient game, sounds like fun...

Hang on... It's near Hackney, right? Gah!

Not interested in the results for a couple of weeks.

Derby! >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Fuck me, I just watched us serve up a right stinkin pile of shite, get hammered by Blackburn, they miss 2 peno's and we rob them with a 92nd min peno of our own!!
Just a shame that fat cunt Allardyce isn't still their manager!
:-)

Couldn't get a decent stream so didn't see the game but its nice to get the first win out of the way.
-
• #39570
I had a wicked stream, no buffering or pissing about
We were worse than we were last week, Howard kept us in it and for the last 10mins we actually played 442!!? Moyes must've had a bang to the head
Our peno was never in a month of Sundays but the ref was shite all game so I'll take it. If I was a Blackburn fan tonight I'd be in shock at that result!!

• #39571
Never mind that, how did Derby get on?
Oh.
-
• #39572
Have you got a link to a decent stream so I can watch Liverpool go top?
-
• #39573
I would usually be at the game, but I have to pick a student up from the station soon

andyp, didn't know Cahill's only got a year on his contract, as you say makes the cheeky bid make more sense to test their resolve. Wonder why he hasn't signed a new contract?
But 8million odd was always going to be rejected out of hand. Bolton probably will try to sign cahill to a longer term contract and then sell on next season, rather than lose him for nothing...
