Sunak has made everyone a Leeds fan for the day, a truly incredible achievement.

I think most football fans are intelligent enough to spot a glory hunter when they see one.

Fairweather is the one. I'm old enough to remember when Chelsea fans posted in this thread.

PS we won the WSL today, amazing achievement. Great to see Fran Kirby scoring in her last game for us. Emma Hayes is gonna be a tough act to follow.

Watched the game Chelsea were great totally bullied Man Utd. Emma Hayes has advanced the women's game in England and has been superb at Chelsea.

How many times is the "it's up for grabs now" commentary going yo be brought up today. Just put the radio on and I've heard it played and referred to 4 times

Arsenal should still play to beat Everton, regardless

😴
You're probably better off staying in the Championship in terms of entertainment to be honest.

A word for Oxford United by the way - incredible achievement for them yesterday. Considering Des Buckingham - a local lad who started his coaching career there - only joined part way through the season, they've done brilliantly to get into the Championship.
It's great to see how many schoolkids here are keen to support their local team - loads of the kids I teach were down at Wembley yesterday and will have had a great day out.

Kudus that is outrageous.

Pretty sure i did. I stand by it; undoubtedly impressive from Emery but Villa have spent big (7th biggest net spend in past 5 years) so it's not an underdog story and it's an improvement of 3 places year on year. Laudable, and great for supporters, but not sure it should be considered for MotY. Also not a big points total, wouldn't have made 4th last couple years.

Chris Wood scored more goals than Nunez this season and missed just as many sitters 😎
-
• #169071
hehe, you just had a good win and avoided relegation and you're talking about a liverpool striker !
-
• #169073
7th biggest net spend is still overachieving to get 4th, which none of the other candidates are doing
Liverpool are ninth in net spend for the same period. League positions 1, 3, 2, 5, 3.

sooooooo many hugs at anfield
it's nice to see a manager leave a club with such positive emotions. usually they slink out the back door trying to avoid getting mugged by the fans on the way out to the taxi. and especially when it's your own manager. he did it his way.
ynwa jurgen
And McKenna the favourite for the job.
I don't think he would - surely Ipswich's ambition would be to finish about where Brighton will end up this season, and Ipswich is his project whereas Brighton is already underway. And he's said he's sticking around. Nervous times though.
