I feel for Japan, they've done really well and have been beaten by a pretty mediocre Croatia on penalties. If they had a decent goalscorer they'd be a pretty good team.

Shame for Japan that they couldn't capitalise on the Croatian player taking an even worse penalty.

Some of there football in that game was great fast 2 touch passing breaking through the lines just need that extra cutting edge.

Soft penalties from Japan, they need to practice, looks as if it was never in their game plan.

I missed Croatia’s equaliser.. always been impressed with their flair, technical ability and tenacity. This match though not very convincing performance.

From what I gather, no one deserves this game.

Morocco are playing to their strengths. Spain are like late Wenger-era Arsenal, they have one way of playing and if that doesn’t work, they keep playing that way.

Definitely hoping for a Morocco win here. Spain have done fuck all to counteract their game plan.
