Alex Scott barely able to utter a word 20 minutes after the finish. This means a hell of a lot to former players who had to struggle and fight just to be allowed to play.
The players look so joyous, much more than I think the men would have done last year.

Toone's goal was an absolute peach, great finish.

Exactly that which has been the difference, straight forward fun and joy of the players and the crowds, untainted by overbearing personalities or individuals, negative media and crowd violence. Game needs positive media and money, but hope it is managed correctly - how can this work successfully in the future?

To echo Alan above Alex Scott was so emotional and shows just what it meant to so many of the former players.
