Was just chatting to a friend who used to work for Arsenal. He mentioned that one of the 55 staff to be made redundant was Gunnersaurus. Apparently he offered to work for no pay in return for ticket access but they still let him go.

Arsenal made their match day mascot redundant. That's pretty shit.

All Arsenal employees have had their season tickets revoked also. Cant imagine this is saving the club much cash.

Apparently revoking employee's season tickets saves the club £1m per year if they are able to resell those tickets, which they currently can't. Business is always about making the most money for shareholders but can't help but think that this might affect staff morale in a way that will cost the club more than £1m over time.

It will probably pay for about half a day of Aubameyang under his new contract. Look after the pennies...
