    2. City make a better fist of it
    3. Chelsea keep Frank in a job
    4. Utd keep Ole in a job... just
    5. Arsenal get excited and depressed in equal measure
    6. Wolves press on
    7. Southampton come good
    8. Leicester have their moments
    9. Spurs fail. Jose first to be sacked

  • Can't argue with that

  • Strong work.

As long as we get more than 12 points...

  • I think city 1st, liverpool 2nd.
City's squad goes from strength to strength, and liverpool haven't really brought in any other options.

  • pep will out think himself when it really matters. City will applaud the genius of 2nd place and the way he masterminds a champions league group exit before xmas

  • It's reasonable, but obv I think we'll be in the 12-15 bracket. If we buy anyone other than a right back.

  • I'll take third, not sure I share your confidence, Tim!

  • Very pleased to see a number of very knowledgeable pundits suggesting that we may just scrape fourth behind ManU. They had us down for sixth or seventh last season and so this is a real jump.

Impact of COVID could spice up the season if one club is badly hit.

  • Jose first to be sacked

Smith or Parker will be first to go I think but other than that, this all sounds spot on.

Let’s all have a quid on it and take one if the betting outfits to the cleaners.

    1. Arsenal (Mikel Arteta, managerial genius)
    2. City (two points off)
    3. Liverpool (comedown but still bags o' quality, probably win a cup)
    4. United (30 penalties for the season)
    5. Chelsea (Why not)
    6. Everton (I'm an optimist)
    7. Wolves (wolves gonna wolve)
    8. Spurs. (The mediocre one)
    9. West Ham (Moyes proves he's still got it, never left him etc.)
    10. Leicester (Will really regret previous season's finishing whimper)
    11. Sheffield United (Hard to beat but a one-trick pony, lots of draws)
    12. Newcastle (Steve Bruce proves himself an entirely adequate manager again)
    13. Leeds (Maybe higher, maybe lower, that's the beauty of this game int it)
    14. Palace (Who knows, honestly)
    15. Southampton (Ings gets crocked early, no hoijberg)
    16. Villa (Slight consolidation)
    17. Burnley (getting tired of playing these lot but they do what they do)
    18. Brighton. (Anyone really care?)
    19. Fulham (Sadly)
    20. WBA (Sadly)
  • Man U going for dazzle camouflage in their 3rd kit...

    Ugh. Just ugh.

  • Bit migrainey.

  • Southgate using the term 10 players had to pull out after the naughty mancs debarcle had me chuckling

  • anybody got any players they think are going to shine this season , especially young unknowns?

  • Doing your fantasy footy team? 😀

  • lolz ....kind of. and looking for index possibilities

  • fantasy football wise this is going to be a difficult season. i dont want to hear any prem league managers moaning when they see the selection dilemas ive got in front of me .

'''''''''''''''' - put these apostrophes where you want. i cant be bothered

  • if anyone fancies it...

  • I actually think if Jayden Bogle can cement a place in the Sheff U first team then he will do really well in Wilder's formation.

  • Useful name. Never come across Bogle before

  • Ethan Ampadu Sheffield Utd. on loan from Chelsea hardly unknown but has the potential to do well.

  • Where's a good pub that I can watch the Arsenal game in central tomorrow?

  • Saka
    Bogle
    White
    Kenny
    Salisu
    Klich
    Hudson Odoi
    Minamino
    Ihenacho
    Smallbone

  • Not exactly an unknown, but I'm very interested in how Eze will do stepping up from the Championship, especially with Zaha playing down the middle. You now have to mark 2 players if you want to stop Palace.

In return if you could just let me know Chelsea's starting 11...

  • Great thought, done!
