Amazing to think if that's the case he won't even be in the squad. Don't know why we're keeping him them; a bind for him and us. Pay him off let him go and even if we pay the rest of his contract I'm sure there can be a caveat ( if we wanted) to to have some of it waived should he sign for someone else. At the minute he's a waste of resources beyond just his wages

never thought I'd miss him, but with us selling dembele, and wanyama injured, and dier returning from his appendectomy, leaves us with Harry Winks and Oliver Skipp as our midfield, unless Pochettino decides to use Dele or Eriksen further back. But he can't do that as we've got no cover further forward to replace them.
