Should've made some noise then.

I was in the Burnley end, we made considerably more noise.

I was joking. I've been a few times as a neutral. Its not the best Atmos. Nice stadium otherwise though.

If Liverpool and Chelsea win their remaining games, its goal difference first and results between each team second?
-

Good to beat the Mickey Mousers but too little too late, I reckon...

I've been a fair few times and there's never been much of an atmosphere but I was expecting this one to be different.
Main focus of Arsenal fans seemed to be buying programmes. Saw a lot of people buying half a dozen of them.

I find it incredible that after the season we’ve had we are still in with a shout for direct CL qualification. If you believed the internet we were fighting a relegation battle for most of the season.

To be fair we have been shit but only a tiny bit more shit than the Spuds and Libpool, even tho' they are clubs 'on the up'... According to the media anyway...

Genuinely didn't hear you once from the North Bank. Not saying that to take the piss. Somebody sitting closer to the away end told me you sang for Wenger, which is nice.

Goal difference first which will give Liverpool the Edge as they are around 20 ahead and short of two 10-0 wins we are not going to catch them.
If goal difference is equal it goes to goals scored.

I sit more or less above the away fans and they did sing but were not particularly noisy, so when they started on the "3 nil and you still don't sing" I thought that was a bit rich. "You only came for the t-shirts" was funny, especially when someone in club level threw one down for them, and the Wenger chant was a nice touch, but only a couple of beach balls and no sombreros or European tour chant was disappointing. 6/10 could do better.

That reminds me.
I've got 2 spare Arsenal season tickets available for rent for the whole of next season. In North Bank, face value (club haven't announced what that is yet but prob about £1k each).
PM me if anybody is interested. This season was too much for my usual tenant.

If goal difference is equal it goes to goals scored.
And if they're the same after that it's a play-off ("only if needed to decide champion, teams for relegation or teams for UEFA competitions").

Fantastic day yesterday, amazing support. Well worth getting off my sick bed for.

What a bloody day that was!
Assumed the worst at penalties as the only penalty shootouts a team I've backed have ever won was England v Spain @ Euro 96 and Newcastle v Watford in the League Cup in 2006... So the next time I see someone I support win a shootout will be around 2026... Bet on England for the World Cup?
Were you there?
