Apparently Arsenal are refusing to sell Giroud for £20 million unless Chelsea give them Luiz on a free as part of the deal.

I thought the Giroud purchase had been officially confirmed?

Not yet. Arsenal areapparently trying to up the deal in their favour of walk away. More likely the latter. Also Giroud's family are not keen on moving to London.
