get a defensive coach, and a defender would be my choice, klopps a decent manager no need to make any rash decisions over him just yet
have had to turn off the vision, i just can't bear to watch

And the Valencia or AZ fans would have told you the same thing.
The work Pochettino had done at Southampton flattered to deceive as far as he's concerned.
The story of the Valencia players winning the cup after ditching Koeman's instructions and formation is still one of my faves.
On Thursday night he resembled a washed up IT sales manager who'd properly hit the sauce

Enjoyed that, Kane's 2nd was the icing on the cake.
Spent the last couple of days reading articles about how Spurs hadn't beaten Liverpool for 6 years or how pochettino hadn't beaten Liverpool as Spurs boss, whilst also intimating that Liverpool were the better team, despite us finishing above them for the last five or six, apart from the Suarez season.. feel like that Liverpool media bias was in full effect, as it seemed like none of the writers puffing up liverpool's positives had watched us be the best of the rest for the last couple of seasons. Strong defensively, whilst being less spectacular but more effective offensively.
Looking forward to see how they walk back on the articles they wrote, seeing as we dominated and put four (could have been more) goals past Liverpool... -

amidst all the hand wringing and despair, we are still only 3 points off chelsea and 4th place
we just need to sort our fucking defense out
come on kloppy you can do it -
• #138908
I'm quitting. I can't keep putting myself through this and having it modify my mood too much. Klopp has the tactical awareness of a moth and the opposing managers must rub their hands in glee playing us now.
Good luck Tottenham -

but mike, next year buddy, next year
never give up hope -

Teams just need to shut up shop and our defence will give out a couple of free chances. One mistake is followed by another and goal

The most drawn out sacking of the ever! Why did it take so long FFS?!
Should've gone after Atalanta away

• #138916
West Ham have first dibs on Ancelotti.

• #138917
I saw a suggestion that Conte was going to get sacked today. Looks like we will be in for Koeman then.

They’ll get their development team manager in. Dyche has been doing a great job at Burnley and has proven to be a steady hand in the championship.

• #138919
Unsworth has been ace for the u23's, pissed the league last season, developed 6 youngsters who won the U20 World Cup for England
Currently 2nd in the league having spanked City 3-0 away last week
Sadly I fear it will be Dyche

I think you could do a lot worse than Dyche. He gets a bit of a bad rep but he's one of my favourite Premier League managers, Burnley play a decent brand of football given their resources.
Compare him to Hughes, Pardew, Pulis & Bruce etc

Didn't BFS rule himself out of the Scotland job so that he'd be ready for the Everton call?
-
• #138922
That would be A-MA-ZING!!

That was beautiful. Wiping tears from the corner of my eyes.

That was fucking ace; some killer lines (Dunga being the third chuckle brother, managers being the men in shite coats) but most of all the sheer joy of watching Ronaldo play.
I was lucky enough to see him play as a teenager (at Goodison of all places) and you could see then he was special.
Enoughs enough now for Klopp. Time for the board to make some tough decisions
