Gone limp after the news of Rooney's arrival
£90m for Lukaku has softened the blow though
-
• #136957
wasn't it more like £75m with add ons, and then Rooney valued at £15-20m to make it up to the £100m.
Is there a fee for Rooney or are you just paying his wages? -
• #136958
Seems it's £75m up front with add ons totalling £90m
We've paid £10m for Rooney and he's waivered his transfer fee to join...we'll be giving him £150k a week and Utd will be paying the rest of his wages for the remainder of his 2yrs left on his contract. But I believe they've just given it him in a lump sum which equates to around £10/12m

Looks like Palace the day before, what does that tell us?
I guess Jose will be getting his excuses ready...

Wont that affect ability to travel to the us?

Lukaku received a citation for a noise complaint. He wasn't arrested. He won't be charged. He won't appear in court.
Total fucking bullshit story.

maybe chelsea are trying to force conte out by not signing his targets
after all his whinging and moaning i wouldn't be surprised
-
• #136969
Wouldn't Abramovich just sack Conte or put plutonium in his polenta if he wanted rid of him?
-
• #136970
it's all about cost savings at chelsea these days, abramovich wants some of his £1bn back
i don't think they want to pay the redundancy money -
• #136971
Love it!!!

They'd certainly have been wise to sell Matic when they had the chance then.
Everton must be thrilled by all this. Chelsea, Spurs, and Liverpool are pretty much holding a top-4 welcoming party for them.

Man City and Man United are bookies' favourites for this season.

A quick look at Betfair puts Chelsea joint second favourites after City. Why City are considered favourites is a bit of a mystery to be honest
