Then gifts Watford an equaliser.
Luckily his fellow defenders bailed him out.

Chelsea bottling it.

You were sayin....
🙄

Did they grab these from the sports direct bargain bin?
For a company that can draw in a great catalogue of designs they sure do come up with some dross these days.

Looks more like a training top, to be fair ive seen worse.
Really hoping that Chelsea stay with adidas as I know Nike were wanting a kit deal, most Nike kits are shite. -

Chelsea have Nike from next year. One reason next season's kit isn't out yet.
Corney, West Ham didn't hand us the league by beating Tottenham. It was in our own hands. We have won the games we needed to win. Tottenham's defeat to West Ham only brought forward the day when we won it; last Friday rather than last night.
As for the mocking of Tottenham, you will find that this comes from the reaction to Chelsea winning the Premier league with the second highest tally of points and highest number of wins ever, which appears to have been a never ending series of made up tables covering two seasons or games since January etc.
I think you will find that most Chelsea supporters value this league win second only to 2005 not because of Tottenham but because of the disaster of last season. It is a bit like 2012. The joy of winning the CL was added to by the thought that we had just eliminated Tottenham from the CL for the next season. The joy of winning was however immense.

To be fair, the joy of winning isn't something Spurs fans have much experience of.

It would be a pamphlet...

Looking forward to their 2016/17 DVD...

come 4 o'clock on sunday we could be relying on everton to get us into the champions league
come on everton

• #136162
And Sunderland.
-
• #136163
The record for the most wins that Chelsea will take if they win on Sunday against Sunderland and which they equalled last night is currently held by.... Chelsea and was set under Mourinho in 2004/5. They will achieve the second highest points tally at 93 points, two fewer than Chelsea achieved in that season.
By all accounts, Chelsea are determined to take the record on Sunday. Sunderland, however, have little to play for.

I was thinking more of their game against Arsenal.
-
• #136165
No. If we don't beat a relegated team at home on the final day of the season then we do not deserve to be in the CL.
-
• #136166
In that case, I concur. A last surge of glory out of respect for their fans would be a fitting end to Sundaland's season; just so long as they don't wait until Sunday to do it.

Erm. You're playing one of those teams tonight you daft fucking idiot

We hear so much about one team's squad costing so much more than another's but after last night's game it would be interesting to know how much more Watford's squad weighed than the lightest squad in the league. Watford certainly has some big units.
They also have very long and baggy shorts. Think Rooney circa 2007.

• #136169
Watching the replay now, very baggy... #stillhigh
-
• #136170
was it stoke we played a few weeks back
made a comment after the game about how " big boned " they looked -
• #136171
and no, it was nothing to do with the area covered by their shorts
-
• #136172
Chelsea paid something like £60m to Adidas to terminate the kit deal. I imagine the Nike deal is pretty lucrative to make that worth the while.
-
• #136173
it may be lucrative but Nike doesn't really do great kits, the occasional international one, as an appreciator of nice kits i am disappoint.
But if i pays for some new talent ill put up ill put with it :) -
• #136174
I like their kits, more of a nod to heritage with their designs IMHO... And I love Nike...
You'd never catch me wearing one, but... :)
-
• #136175
Only two different occasions it's acceptable to wear football kits:
1) Watching football at the game
2) Playing football
They phoned that one in, eh?
