  • Everton 5/1 to beat Liverpool at Paddypower. Am I crazy for liking those odds?

    #degeneratelyfe

  • Stoke have got a good track record at recruiting goalkeepers.

Gordon Banks. One man team that beat us in the 1972 League Cup final.

  • Peel Holdings initially gave Everton a ball-park figure of £30m for
    the site

Really? Is that what passes for jounalism today?

  • I know we all like to bash England but am I the only one who was a bit impressed with how Southgate set the team up and the way they played? I know it was a German second string playing at testimonial speed but still...

  • Who cares...

  • Peel Holdings initially gave Everton a ball-park figure of £30m for

Manx Company. Owns the Trafford Centre.

  • You're probably the only one here who watched it

  • I watched. Great. goal but otherwise a bit like a mid table Chamionship clash. Not sure we should take that as an indication of anything.

That said, for once, I really hope that an England manager does well. Not too sure why. Maybe I am just bored of perpetual speculation and upending by the media.

  • Today 70% of the city is wearing their national team shirt. Pre match everyone is jovial and fiesta starts early in the morning, probably a good day to do business, pubs, bars and cafes will start to fill up in two hours time. Streets will be empty, TV coverage will be focused on Baranquilla Stadium, World Cup qualifier against Bolivia.

In the old days the national team played in Bogotá, but the altitude (2644m) gave the home side too much advantage. FIFA ruled competition must be at sea level.

    Forza Colombia !!
    Vamos Colombia !!

  • So James McCarthy hasn't played for us for 8 weeks through injury, against Koeman's will the arrogant cunts O'Neil & Keane name him to start.
Cue getting injured in the warm-up and unable to play

Basically, they've just ended his Everton career as Koeman wasn't a fan anyway but this will see him out the door to some 2 bob club like 'Boro or West Ham

  • And to top it off - Coleman's season is now over too!
Just stretchered off with a suspected broken leg!!

    FFS 🙄

  • Straight red for Neil Taylor - shithouse

    Fuckin Villa!

  • Cunts tackle

  • that's awful

  • terrible challenge and should get big ban for that,

  • Chris Coleman: "he's not that kind of player"

Oh do fuck if you tit! I hate that kind of rationale, it makes no sense whatsoever

    #cunt

  • Just some recent activity from our loveable neighbours

  • And they wonder why we hate them?

    Horrible, horrible shithouses!

  • That was a horrible tackle - expecting a hefty ban.

  • He can't get more than 3 games though can he? Even though it's possibly career ending, because it was an incident where the offending player has gone for the ball it's classed as serious foul play which carries a 3 match ban. Whereas if he'd have kicked him off the ball the punishment can be longer. (I may be total wrong though)

  • Think there can be retrospective action if deemed serious enough, that may just the FA though not FIFA

  • I missed the first half and currently watching the 2nd half

Goals aside this is painful, turgid, unimaginative uphill stuff

    😒😴
