Fewer...
The link with Loughborough University is well documented. Leicester's players are just fitter than any others in the PL because they need to be to play the way they do. It started under Pearson in the Championship. And the lack of injuries wasn't just good luck - you can avoid soft tissue injuries if you manage your players well, Leicester do.
None of this applies to Arsenal and a less fit Vardy playing in front of their midfield won't be so effective. He'll still be good, but he's not the best fit for them.
Or maybe that's just my wishful thinking...

Can't believe these press reports that we were in for Ibrahimovic! Can't see him putting the work in that the Sheriff requires, or is being able to afford his wages (even without a transfer fee).

Your rabble don't need another Dimitar Berbatov.

Walcott West Ham?

No disrespect to Vardy whose done really well for himself. But if this is true is this the top flight striker that Arsenal fans have been begging Wenger to buy for the last couple of seasons. What say you @Tenderloin @andyp, @middleofnowhere Vardy over morata or higuain or cavani (just some of the names you've been linked with made moves for in the past)

Sanchez, Welbeck, Walcott, Campbell, Giroud and now Vardy.
That's a bit of an unbalanced front line if you ask me or am I missing something?

What do I think? It's a shit signing and shit piece of business. Not the right type of player, almost 30 and he's a dirty cnut.
He's much more a Franny Jeffers than an Ian Wright. We've gone from Higuain and Suarez, to Benzema and Cavani and ended up with Jamie Vardy. It's fucking ridiculous. I'd sooner just play Giroud.
Mahrez would make sense but not Vardy.
People are now saying it will be nearer £30m, which is 40m Euro - We should be buying Aubameyang.
Nolito has a similar release clause and would be a better option.

Kone should be looking for a new employer come Monday
Any good?

Appreciate the honesty. like you say there are younger more suitable strikers that you should be looking at for that money... Unless wenger is looking to be more direct and replace the failed gamble that is Walcott it seems like an odd piece of business if he actually signs.

Hello
He took a while to settle in the Championsip then played well (16 goals I think) in our promotion season. Similar in the PL, until we found our way and countered with pace. Arsenal's style really won't suit him.
