Football teams aren't beyond reproach or criticism Joe. That's the trouble with Chelsea and their fans it's more of a cult than a club such is your devotion and blind faith

• #123903
Whereas most people would rather die than see Chelsea win it
-
• #123904
and I should care because?
-
• #123905
No, I'm pretty sure for most people it was an active dislike.

How did fatty Agbonlahor last 80 mins. That's comedy fat for a footballer. As commentator said Sinclair did more in 10 mins than him in those 80. Madness from Garde.
..In previous years when spurs have been around the top four they typically had the worst goal difference compared to the rest. Single figure vs double figure positive. Now we have the best, with the meanest defence in the league. st totterings can wait and we should only have eyes for leicester.
Man utd get 2 lucky goals vs a championship team and now the confidence is apparently back and rooney looks less fat. It's strange having to keep siding with Chelsea when they play against the top teams. It feels dirty but long may it continue.

I'd like to add Henderson & Milner to that list, both absolutely useless. But Moreno is the worst - directly responsible for several loses this season.
I'm not sure I really blame Benteke for not being very good in a Liverpool shirt; he's a big guy built for aerial battles in the box, there's not a lot he can do when the other players slowly dribble it into the corner then lose it or scuff it into the shins of the first man. He's never going to run around chasing people all day, he's not built for it.

it seems like the players have fallen out with benteke, or lost confidence in him
they just never seem to pass the ball to him when he actually wants it
he has skills i'm sure but our players just don't use him correctlyfrom three seasons ago the pace of suarez sturridge and sterling on the break was enough to to take out a decent chunk of the opposition midfield, now we clumsily pass it through the midfield and allow opponents to re group and never actually get anyone in the box
there's no pace up front at allthat has to be our priority when making signings this summer

quarter finals if memory serves, got kicked out by Real Madrid 5-0, probably where they got the hankering for a little bit of Gareth Bale
-
• #123912
The thing I don't get about Benteke is that he occupies some very strange spaces behind the defenders almost as though he doesn't want the ball to come to him.
He's big, fast and strong but he doesn't seem to have any positional awareness whatsoever -

Sinclair is shit. Gabby is also shit. Really nothing else Garde could do. Sinclair's had plenty of opportunities this season and has done fuck all - file him alongside the other spineless tossers banking their ££ each week and doing nothing to try to get us out of the shit.
Thanks to another bent ref deciding to rob us of a penalty, Ayew lost his head and is now out on a ban. Thanks to the cunts in charge we didn't buy anyone in Jan. We're royally fucked, but the only glimmer of hope for Villa is keeping Remi for the long term and it looks like he's now so pissed off he'll go too. -

New technique for fooling tv pudnits into saying 'no pen' is to stick your arms out deliberately and turn around so your looking innocently in the other direction. Childish but it fools linker every time.
I only say the second half and it seemed like there was plenty of fight but Gabby offered no respite to it, plodding around near the half way line. I thought Sinclair offered more but wow I just checked his stats. Peaked at 20 and has earned millions playing about 5 games a season. I thought he was still about 22/23 not nearly 27!

Is this Scott Sinclair? Fuck knows why City signed him. Unless it was to piss Mancini off.

After first 16 PL games as Liverpool manager:
Roy Hodgson: 22 pts
Brendan Rodgers: 22 pts
Jurgen Klopp: 22 pts -

it's like de ja vu all over again

Are the possession stats improving at least? Shots on target, goals conceded. Points alone isn't enough dicki.
-
• #123921
Surely Brenda's winning the possession stats.
-
• #123922
And shirt deals, don't forget them.

• #123923
He was also winning the domination of the spaces. A bit like dark matter, just not as useful

At least those Geordie cunts still firmly in the bottom 3
The reason why people wanted Liverpool to not win the title, was to use it as another thing to mock them. Rather than an active dislike.
I would quite like Liverpool to win, and they look like they deserved it last year until the slip, if they're ever in the position to win again.
