Speaking of red cards, Duncan Ferguson is getting a testimonial at Goodison park this weekend. He's currently the first team coach and has been at the club on and off for 20 years. He didn't have the best scoring record for a number 9 ( 1 in 4) but always gave it everything often going over the top and seeing red in every sense of the word. He was a bit of a hero of mine growing up and was actually a much better footballer than people gave him credit for (see the goal against Man Utd). The Paul Ince incident pretty much sums up his career bit of skill to avoid a foul by Ince but all that is forgotten about as he ends up throwing Ince to the floor. Definitely a throwback to when football was actually a physical game and nobody was rolling around on the floor.
