Despite such^ a spend it is frightening how much of difference captain slip (SG, not the OG racist captain slip®, Terry) made when he came on. Minus him they were pretty fucking clueless.
The nearest to a leader at Anfield today would on the Liverpool lfgss sub forum....

Another Tractor Boy?
Or just a sound judge of character?

Also, it's typically nice of Mourinho to be so gracious in defeat. It's amazing that the previously unbeaten league leaders could concede two goals to a ball boy, but apparently that's who was to blame for Newcastle winning. Remember he is Chelsea, and Chelsea lack class.

I will look forward to our visit to Portman Road next season... I'll be watching from a beach bar somewhere with some other tanned, smiling plastics, but I'll look forward to it all the same...
That's if you make it, of course... #talkaboutyourowndivision

€3m is ridic
I'm no fan of Hughes but he's picked up some real bargains for Stoke. And that was a great first half they played

Tell us about your team, then.
Was it the ball boys, the crowd, or the fact that Newcastle apparently play like they're playing in friendlies against every other team and then raise their game against Newcastle?
Mourinho really is a prick when Chelsea lose. Chelsea's awesome start to the season was obviously why he had annoyed me less so far this year. Now I've remembered, I'm trying to work out whether I'd like the season to crash and burn in a frenzy of eye-gouging and home crowd-baiting, or just remain unbeaten for the rest so the papers are free from his obnoxious sore loser tripe.

I was there as well, great atmosphere. I'd have taken a point after 90 minutes, so getting the winner just capped off a great day!
Last time I went to The Valley we lost 3-1, so this was a great return. Following Ipswich hasn't been so much fun since the Magilton era.
What? Lose one the top players in the world? Yes. Yes, we have. Net spend of >£30m
