Aye. Football killers indeed. Like George Graham's Arsenal
The keep it tight Arsenal of the Graham era came after he'd won two titles with attacking football. Benfica gave a footballing lesson in the nascent Champions League and Graham then started to park the bus.

Didn't we beat Real Madrid 4-0 at Anfield? Hand it to Barca in their own back yard, have some cracking games against Chelsea and come back from 3-0 down to win the cup?
I'm confused -

High fives cliveo, TS and pooface. I've to say that I didn't expect us to pull this one off.
Hai!! Buzzing. So glad I was back in England for this game.
Watched it at 'Sporting Clube de Londres' in Westbourne Park with a big group of chelsea fans.
Beer, Portuguese chicken and fish and a Chelsea victory meant an amazing day.

I actually quite enjoyed that, I'm obviously not as much of a closet Kopite as I thought.
Can't believe Torres bottled that chance at the end though.

tommmmmm, torres, didn't bottle it, couldn't face scoring against liverpool, so passed it onto willian to stick the knife in. Didn't you notice how he took no part in the celebrations?
Chelsea came to stifle and niggle, and Liverpool looked the most likely. Especially when, whenever Chelsea had the chance to break, ba and schurrle would be the only ones looking to go for goal. Salah did a defensive job, Lampard and Matic were all about the defending, and Gerrard cost his team.
Liverpool have to hop Man City don't run the table, leaving them with nothing but CL football next season, which as has been mentioned above, was the objective for this season anyway.
Did notice that Liverpool's squad is kinda thin, will need to reinforce come the summer to weather the extra games in europe next season...
