I'm looking to offload a few bits and pieces to a good home - for a good price. Pics available.
32 Lashed boot UK8. Given to me as a sample. Used for a few weeks in the park.
Burton Se7en. 158cm. (The Se7en has always been my board of choice. Twin-tip goodness)
Burton P1 md. Awesome support, with loads of comfort.Looking for a ton for the board and bindings. Boots? £30?

What year is that? 02/03? Thats one of the original Sevens, pre Uninc, the modern Sevens arent a patch on it as they were downgraded in spec once the Uninc came out. Interstingly (or not) this is the last year for the Seven.
Quite a collectors item, too old to be worth double on ebay, but definitely a seminal board - i have the 03/04 with the snake hanging on my shed wall

can't remember which vid but trouble andrew does the sweetest frontside 180 to switch shifty over a huge log on that board...steezy as hell.
also nice to get hold of a highish end burton freestyle board and not have to dick around with EST.
ps. if you do buy it pls re-do the sticker job and do it justice ('',)

I also have the same se7en as you, as well as a signed Jason Brown "fingerprint" seven from 2000. I switched to Lib Tech when Burton messed around with the seven. VinylVillain, it's good to hear from another se7en fan. Happy riding.

its burton. with the right pics and text, innocent punters will part with their cash in my experience...no problemo.
any other brand, forget about it.

Yeah the original Burton 7, of whom the board is the pro model, were a response to the Forum 8 - Isnt the JB you have the model where he hand painted every one?
-
• #314
Yeah maybe, i sold an 04 seven for 150 with Missions a couple of years back. On that note i got my hands on a 94 Terje Sword - his first pro model i mint condition. So stoked (this one aint mine).

Yeah that's the one. Gold finger painting on a blue topsheet
sorry 'bout the lame photo. Iphone.

did one of the later uninc's have a play on this on it? either jps or romain?
i had a dcp...the first one to feature a 2x hole pattern. was the best board i ever had, but this 2x stuff gets the thumbs down. 2 bolts just don't hold for a days riding.

Was that the 160cm d-goods? I borrowed that board for a day, when i needed a board for a powder day. It was the only board that i could borrow cos it had the extra length, but i had one of the best days that day.....

@ VV - that Sword is amazing... do you still have it?

yup...white with black graphics and a map of costa rica on the nose. apparently that was there as an incentive to get through the season and hit the costa waves at the end of it all. hard life!
loving the wall mount! missus wouldn't tolerate that kind of behaviour!

Youve got to have a boys room! Bikes and boards, that's all I want in life.

Gigis Uninc from i think 06/07 had the Samurai sword on teh base - same year as the DCP you are talking about, Romains board had the stripper with the mirror between her legs, cant remember what JPS was.
I just got the Terje, been hunting for one for years
Unincs were sick boards - Technically the Easy Living is supposed to replace them but its a very different board. The closest thing you will get these days is a Yes

Not exactly cheap. Went for $9,990 on Ebay. It's a very early Burton.
-
• #324
Yeah i saw that - another one went for over 12k recently too.
Interestingly Terry Kidwell is auctioning off his collection, including the prototype double kick roundtail Sims which was probably the biggest game changing board to have been made, i am guessing that will make well over 10k.

rascal, i'd snap his fucking arm off for that...
Arrangements have been made. I'll provide them with a good home
:-)
happy indeed, thanks
