Thanks to the Slagster and all his merry elves looking after the check points...particularly Teddy with the blow up doll outside the London Mosque

Yeah great race thanks to all involved. We were a select and (fool)hardy few, but it was still full of Christmas cheer!
A combination of far flung checkpoints and those headwinds mean my legs are complaining today. I think only Jonny's festive grog kept me going (don't think I want to know what was in it!). -
• #34
whose bright idea was it to put me and Hippy on the checkpoint where the gift was chocolates - "umm, yeah we're collecting empty sweet wrappers for the homeless this christmas…"
Good work by the catters and also props to GS for all the arranging

Baddest Yoot - Your Mum
Best Dressed - First place - Jamie!!

My legs are dead after our sprint around London. The journey back west into the headwind was a killer.
Would not have done half (probably 3/4's) as well without my team mate, Alex. A standup 531 guy (though rides columbus tubing!), I think he is the human incarnation of Rudolf as he flew around the streets. Thank god someone knew their way around our beloved city.
A HUGE thanks all the CPs, the other competitors, the sponsors and Slag himself, that was a great laugh.

The human incarnation of Rudolf... haha will remember that one. Was good riding with you bro, we kicked some ass.
Thanks to all the smelly fakengers ( ;-) ) for making me feel welcome when i didn't know anyone. Have a wikkid xmas and I'll see you at the next one x

Thanks for keeping me company Stix, and for providing a much needed rum hit. Glad to hear everyone enjoyed themselves. The guys at the war veterans CP seemed genuinely thankful and surprised by our efforts. Strong work all round. :)
And Jamie, that costume was pure 531!
