I’d say take @Tonts advice and get one of the eBay ones, I spent a horrendous amount of money building up my board, which I don’t regret, it’s very much a labour of love, doing some research finding bits which I liked and putting it together with my BiL but I could have got one much cheaper..
See photos it felt very similar to when I built my first fixed, figuring out components and colours and how it would be a distillation of a sorts of my creative personality, all the stuff that I disregard mostly now apart from durability of components and price point.Only thing I would say would be to look into firmer bushings depending on your weight, I’m 89kg and found using them helped me to gain confidence pushing and turning without the board feeling super nervous and twitchy..

that deck looks great and the analogy brings back memories of building my first fixed gear
I did just buy 2 decks from that ebay account: one for my daughter and one for me, will keep your bushings tip in mind! -

that set up is worth it for the anti hero sticker alone!

Haha, wtf are those wheels?
Go for the impala ones I linked to on eBay up thread. Tensor trucks and abec 7s. When deals are on they can be under £30, which is frankly outrageous value.
