It's not the looks that I like, it's the comfort. Seriously the most comfortable saddle I've ever had, well worth the £55 I paid for mine

As there was some interest in this last week, I'd thought I should probably list this... Sun Wasp frame, dating from around 1963/4 I believe. Quite ratty, but nice overall. Small ding in the rear seat stay (see photos). I believe it needs either a 26.8 or 27mm seat post. Frame sizing: Seat tube is 54cm centre to top. Top tube is approx 56 or 57cm centre to centre.
Either the frame/forks for £45, or frame/forks/stem/bars/levers for £50.
If F&F go separately, then:
Bars - £3 - Stu
Levers - £3 - Stu
Stem - £7 (not sure, about 80mm)(hanging onto it for now)More photos here:

Wheels not included! For sizing guide only - 700c with (underinflated) 25c's on them.

Tiny size thats what!

Dibs the bars and levers if you split

I'll measure it up tonight, but it's quite small. probably in the 52-54cm on the top tube, and maybe 50-52 on the seat tube. That's just a guess though.

Whats the sizing Steve?
Ok, measured up the frame this morning. Seat tube is 54cm centre to top. Top tube is approx 56 or 57cm centre to centre. If you want any more measurements, let me know :)
Stu, if you still want the bars and levers, I can bring them along on Friday night (if I make it) :)
I think I'll hang onto the stem for now, for new project!

I'll just go and measure my stem clamp diameter. Can you measure the bars for me? If they'll fit, I'll grab them at Friday's beers. Thanks

Ace, ok. They're quite wide (I bought them for a summer cruiser). I think they're what you'd call "north road" bars. As you can see in the photos, the chrome is pitted but it adds to the look I think ;)
Will measure this eve.

OK, my stem takes 1inch/25.4mm bars. Let me know what size the clamp area is later. Cheers
-
• #2724
Ah right, well pretty sure the clamp is 25.4. I'll double check tonight though :)
